  Terrible customer service from the front desk ladies as well as the director. Would not recommend this place if you want your child to learn well interaction skills. When a potential client ask to view a facility, why would you rudely ask if I've already paid the admission fee. I haven't viewed the facility why would I pay a fee before even touring the location? The location had a dirty smell as well, not anything is want my child around daily.

  Really love this daycare for my daughter. Everything is clean, schedules are kept, and the kids are all obviously learning, even the smallest ones. My daughter was at another daycare prior to this one, they were okay, but didnt have the enthusiasm or a real relationship with the parents...wasnt a bad daycare.....just kinda "blah"....but after she started at Bordeaux, she's blossomed like a little flower - she just seemed to "grow up" more, and become more sociable and in general, happier. I love that the director(s) and staff all seem to have a relationship with the children, as well as the parents. They have enthusiasm about their jobs, and it shows. There are many perks to this daycare as well, like having a Santa come in for pics during the holidays, a live video feed where you can watch your child (my favorite feature), and etc.....bottom line - I definitely do not regret giving Bordeaux a chance!
